The Choo-Choo Caboose is the lower level of the Choo-Choo House and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 full beds that can sleep 4. For extra sleeping space, the futon in the living room can sleep two more. If you need more space, you can also rent the Choo Choo Hyatt on the upper level and have room for a family of 10-16.

The Choo-Choo Caboose sleeps 4-8 (10-16 if combined with Choo-Choo Hyatt upstairs), is NOT pet friendly, does not allow smoking, and is available year round.

Rental Rates:

The Choo-Choo Hyatt rents for $150.00 for the first night and $100.00 per night thereafter.

The Choo-Choo Caboose rents for  $120.00 for the first night and $60.00 per night thereafter.

Rent the entire house (Hyatt and Caboose) for $270.00 for the first night and $130.00 per night thereafter.

There are no cleaning or other hidden fees.  You are only charged the room fee plus a 10.75% sales tax.
